Core Responsibilities
Supports the creation and implementation of employee engagement plans that inform, educate and enhance the understanding of the Company’s products, services and experiences.
Manages and implements employee engagement plans that coach, foster and reinforce key sales and service behaviors that ensure the sales success of the Company’s products, services and experiences. Influences the design and implementation of employee engagement events – brainstorming ideas, creatively planning, and recommending branding and communication for messaging and events.
Travels to events across the country, supports on-site execution of live events, and creative delivers virtual event and experiences.
Liaises and assists with vendor selection, management, and negotiation in collaboration with senior leaders.
Handles logistics associated with the delivery of employee engagement plans.
Develops post-event feedback plans to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback measuring sentiment and adoption.
Partners with others to design methodologies and review feedback and insights to inform future plans and execution. Distributes post-event feedback summaries.
Manages invoicing and event budgeting details.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Maintains program sales plans and program record. Works with the core team to identify and schedule work required to fulfill program scope. Reviews program plans regularly for conformance to program strategy and communicates status, including risks and mitigation strategies.
Monitors the quality of program deliverables and works to ensure objectives and success criteria are managed and achieved. Assists in the development and monitoring of deployment strategies and tools to support the implementation of programs in the field.
Regularly inspects leading indicators of success to measure sales results to derive actionable insights for review with region and division sales leadership.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $112,963.51 - $169,445.27
