Responsibilities Include:
- Identify areas for BD growth and strategic focus
- Connect with client leads in collaboration with different practice groups
- Track progress and evaluate strategy success
- Coordinate details for industry specific conferences and other events
- Create engaging proposals and pitches working closely with attorneys.
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of business development and/or marketing experience, legal or professional services experience preferred
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Professional communication skills and client service-oriented personality
- Experience managing pitches and client presentations
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM databases
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area and available to start immediately.
