Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Software Consultant to join our team at Mom n Pop Hub. We are a software provider for small businesses and your role will involve developing relationship with local small businesses (restaurants, donut shops, coffee shops to name a few). Self starters and people having drive to independently deliver revenue based results.

Responsibilities:

- Create sales opportunities with small businesses independently.
- Cold calling local small business owners and organizing demos.
- Create leads in your local market (Memphis, TN) and visit the small businesses if needed
- Assist in the configuration and customization of software applications
- Support the sales team in technical discussions and demonstrations
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the software implementation process

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in negotiating and closing sales deals
- Strong background in business development and market analysis
- Ability to engage in technical sales discussions
- Excellent customer service skills

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
