We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive new business growth within an assigned region.

About the Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new leads, managing the sales process from initial contact to closing, and building long-term client relationships. This is a high-energy role involving travel, attendance at trade shows, and active participation in industry associations.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Client Development:

  • Source, develop leads, and prospect to continuously grow your pipeline.
  • Utilize in-person, virtual meetings, and presentations to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Conduct property walks, both in person and virtually, with potential clients.
  • Maintain detailed client records in our CRM system (Connectwise).

Industry Representation:

  • Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement and industry professionals.
  • Represent Watchtower Security at trade shows, after-hours events, and apartment association meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns.

Team Collaboration:

  • Participate in ongoing sales training and technical education.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and products.
  • Report weekly to your peer group and communicate effectively with clients during standard business hours (8 a.m.–6 p.m.) and as needed.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3–5 years of B2B sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of closing deals through trust and honest business practices.
  • Industry Knowledge: Multifamily housing industry experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Attitude: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values continuous learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
