Overview:

We are seeking an Entry Level Client Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the sales industry and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.

Duties:

- Territory management for client

- Customer presentations and aquire new sales for clients

- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services

- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements:

- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members

- Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques

- Prior experience in sales, account management, or project management preferred
