Job Description:

Are you a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales? Are you looking for an opportunity to join a forward-thinking company and make a significant impact? If so, we want you to join our team as an Inside Sales Rep!

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Interacting and building relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
• Lead Generation: Identifying and attracting potential customers or clients for the purpose of initiating sales.
• Quoting and Proposal Creation: Creating accurate and compelling price quotes and proposals for products or services, perform virtual and on-site surveys
• Meet Sales Targets & Market Research: Gathering and analyzing information about the target market to make informed business decisions. And predefined goals for sales volume or revenue within a specified time frame.
• More business development in the beginning and slow season: Focusing on expanding the business during initial stages and slower economic periods.
• Will sell residential sales as well, small and large size moves: Engaging in the sale of moving services for both smaller and larger residential relocations.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Results-Driven, A focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall business success
• Valid drivers license

• Draw - of $1,500 to $2,000 a month
• Tiered commission starting 5%
