As a Mobile Home Sales Leader, you’ll lead and support a remote team of over 100 sales agents across Florida. You'll drive sales performance, mentor and support agents, and ensure they have the resources to excel. If you're passionate about team development and are a proactive problem-solver, this role could be a great fit for you!

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000
• Expected Yearly Earnings: $100,000 (including commission)
• Paid Time Off

$100,000 at plan earnings

• Lead, coach, and support a team of remote sales agents.
• Implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets.
• Visit sites and provide in-person support to remote team members.
• Track sales metrics, offer feedback, and adapt strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with other Sales Leaders and company leadership to foster company-wide growth.
• Support agents with training resources and tools for success.
• Cultivate a positive, productive culture aligned with our values.

• Proven success in sales management, ideally in real estate or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset for sales data and performance metrics.
• Goal-oriented and self-driven.
• Willingness to travel within Florida.
• Knowledge of the mobile home market is a plus but not required.
