We are looking for an administrative account manager to tend to our customers from the point of booking their appointment to putting the final touches on their job. This team member works with the sales and production staff to develop the first impression of Wagner Roofing & Construction Solutions to customers and deliver exceptional customer service to the end. Serving as the voice of the company, the administrative account manager provides exceptional customer care on all platforms of communication.

What You'll Do:

• Answer and promptly respond to all inbound calls and inbound messages (i.e. Facebook, email, text messages)
• Make outbound calls to leads
• Schedule appointments for sales staff and maintain calendars
• Tend to each customer’s follow up contact schedule
• Keep the most up-to-date records in the CRM
• Data entry into CRM
• Provide ongoing personable account support
• Manage and maintain active communication with customers throughout the process, keeping them up to date on timelines and expectations through to job completion
• Prepare and process customer accounts, payments, and collections

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
