Senior Sales Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced car salesperson to join our team. Must have proven track record of success. The person we are looking for must possess a strong interest to learn, exceptional listening skills, and the ability to provide “yes” and can-do customer service. Required traits include; being open-minded, resistant free, a strong personality, and a determination to succeed. Someone who can also learn our processes, and has to ability to execute them in full, every time. An asset to our team would be someone who knows positive thinking creates positive results, and absent of negativity.

Responsibilities

· Follow set processes, communication procedures, guidelines and policies

· Pro-active approach to chasing car deals

· Exceptional listening skills to be able to identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve highest satisfaction levels

· Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers for lifetime

· Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

· Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

· Pro-active approach to chasing car deals

· Generate sales leads

Skills

· Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

· Ability to execute processes in full every time

· Track record of being an over-achiever

· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

· Ability to learn and operate with CRM systems and practices

· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· High school degree or above

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
