Bentley indianapolis/Coast to Coast Imports is looking for a qualified and experienced Internet Sales Manager, as the Internet Department has become a vital component to the success of our company. we pride ourselves in providing the absolute best buying experience for our customers. From the moment they step foot on our lot to the minute they are driving away in their new vehicle, we do absolutely everything we can to make the process easy and enjoyable. With this emphasis on customer satisfaction it's no surprise that our Sales Managers play a key role in this process.

Who are we looking for to fill this position? Someone with a positive attitude, who is upbeat and energetic, and enjoys working with people and building relationships with customers and co-workers. We're looking for someone whose attention to detail and self motivation aren't just admired by co-workers, but reflected in meeting business objectives. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who has the same strong work ethic and commitment to customer service that has kept our family-owned dealership running strong for 20 years and will continue to help us grow for many years to come.

Job Description: As the Internet Sales Manager at Coast to Coast Imports you will assign and follow up with leads that come in from across the Country, work directly with and help coach the sales team. You will also work directly with the General Sales Manager to secure a reasonable profit from every sale, establish and meet monthly objectives, assist in appraising vehicles, and finalize deals. The Internet Sales Manager will also assist, as needed, in backing up our Finance Department with approvals and signing deals.

Requirements (include but are not limited to):~ Prior experience in a dealership as a Sales Manager and or Finance Manager.~ Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel, and Word. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.~ Great attitude with high-energy personality.~ Outstanding customer service skills.~ Strong attention to detail.~ Ability to work well in a process driven environment.~ Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
