Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and account management within the financial services industry. Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track client interactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with project management tasks as needed
Client focused:
· Deliver a superior level of customer service. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while acting as the first point of contact for clients, vendors and visitors in person, online, and via telephone.
· Assist clients with questions and inquiries.
· Onboard new client accounts and perform continuing account maintenance, including transaction requests, while providing quality, accurate and timely service.
· Maintain client files and keep CRM updated.
Advisor focused:
· Provide general administrative and support duties.
· Provide operations and compliance support. Responsible for communicating operational procedures to advisors.
· Process paperwork, money movement, and execute trades
· Liaison between advisors, back office, and vendors.
· Assist with sales and marketing campaigns.
General:
· Administration duties including answering phones, filing, and scanning
· Provide general reporting to advisors as needed
· Assist with client prospecting
Education and Experience:
· College degree preferred, or 2-4 years’ relevant business experience
· 1 year of broad Finance experience preferred
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
