Seeking Candidates for Fast Track to Sales Management

South Florida, FL, US

New York Life Insurance Company is currently seeking experienced managers and entrepreneurs to become part of our Fast Track to Management Program. We are interviewing for leadership-oriented individuals who may be selected to become a Partner in our General Office. You will start as a New York Life financial professional in sales. Upon meeting certain requirements, you are on a fast track to becoming a Partner. A New York Life Partner’s responsibilities include the successful recruitment AND development of a team of sales agents, who would enjoy:

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop and mentor a team of agents through varying stages of their careers
  • Support of individual business plans and coordination of support resources including sales targets, product knowledge and process development
  • Analysis and understanding of sales metrics with the ability to adjust and improve strategies and processes
  • Foster external and internal communities to support business solutions
  • Develop your unique unit culture

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department or earned an MBA
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
  • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales
  • Previous experience in Financial Services industry required
  • Previous sales experience required
  • Previously manage a team of individuals required
  • Knowledge of cultural markets a plus
  • Bilingual Speaking Spanish, Portuguese, or other a plus
