What You Will Do

As a Electrical Preconstruction Key Account Manager you will

  • Seek out and target Design Build and Design Assist work
  • Manage lead generation, client strategy, and top target projects
  • Choose targeted projects that align with company goals and client strategy
  • Get Weifield on preferred bid lists and lead all client RFPs and RFQs
  • Add value to clients by providing a project “win” strategy to the estimating team
  • Manage estimates and estimators on the team
  • Lead relationships with General Contractors, Architects, and Engineers
  • Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships

What You Will Bring

In addition to holding yourself to high standards and having a passion for being the best, you will

  • Have a journeyman’s license or equivalent electrical engineering, field experience, or a construction management degree
  • Excellent time management and project tasking skills
  • Possess an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving with high attention to detail
  • High proficiency in Accubid and MS Office
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication and editing skills
  • Be highly curious, self-motivated, and flexible
