Responsibilities (English Portal):
  • Carry out a canvassing plan and prospect to develop new customers and business partners;
  • Promote services in recruitment, immigration, intercultural training and coaching, reception, integration and retention of international talent;
  • Develop intervention plans according to customer needs, negotiate, prepare service offers to offer a realistic global solution;
  • Act as an advisor to companies facing labour shortage or acquisition challenges, and open up the prospects of international recruitment as a solution;
  • Use a consultative sales approach that reinforces added value for both customer and partner, while facilitating future sales opportunities;
  • Participate and represent the company at trade shows, fairs and conferences;
  • Enhance the company's visibility and recognition in Quebec.
  • Follow-up on prospects and customers in the CRM and post-intervention in order to maintain good relations;
  • All other related tasks;

Qualifications (English Portal):
What we are looking for:
  • College or university degree in a relevant field (human resources, administration, etc.) or a combination of relevant work experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of major corporate functions, in particular sales or representation, and understanding of the HR function and recruitment;
  • Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of local, regional, national and global economic issues and their impact on organizations; labor shortages, immigration, housing crisis;
  • Very good skills in the use of information and communication technologies;
  • Strong organizational, planning and execution skills;
  • Available and flexible to travel as required;
  • Bilingual;
