Responsibilities
- Build relationships & create customers for life.
- Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be the vehicle expert.
- Know the in’s & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Enter, manage and update client data in the CRM system
- Collaborate effectively with all team members and ensure understanding of all products and services offered
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.
Qualifications
- Sales experienced preffered
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & out’s
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Proficient computer skills and general knowledge of data entry
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Experience:
- Car Sales: 2 years (Required)
