Business Development Executive
Reports To: Managing Director
Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by leveraging your consultative business development expertise to secure new contracts and nurture existing client relationships. You will lead our business development efforts, working closely with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that address our clients' business challenges. Business Development Executive Duties/Responsibilities:

- Initiate relationships and secure contracts with new customers, meeting assigned business development quotas and targets.
- Nurture and expand relationships with current clients by cross-selling new services and collaborating with Account Management to promote new services within existing accounts.
- Manage the entire business development cycle, from initial customer engagement to closing deals.
- Evaluate prospects against company criteria to identify ideal customers and business development opportunities.
- Engage with prospects about their business challenges and requirements, presenting a range of solutions and their cost benefits.
- Present effectively to senior managers and decision-makers.
- Craft and deliver compelling proposals.
- Collaborate with technical staff and product specialists to address customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain territory plans to consistently meet business development targets.
- Partner with Account Management to create key account plans, identifying opportunities and strategic motivators.
- Work with solutions leaders to enhance service delivery focus and align with the company offerings.
- Recommend and initiate improvements to business development and marketing operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely use of a robust CRM to track pursuit activities and solution details.
- Provide timely submissions of progress reports, forecasts, quotations, and pipeline development efforts.
- Support the development of marketing plans to appeal to a global customer base, aiding in business development and profit objectives.
- Participate in both product and pipeline development strategy sessions.
Business Development Executive Skills and Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed business development targets, develop new business, and grow existing accounts.
- Proven experience in BPO business development, with a background in selling solutions to Fortune 500 companies.
- Proficiency in building and nurturing trusted relationships with C-suite executives.
- Established network of contacts and relationships within the market.
- Advanced knowledge of BPO business development and relationship management processes.
- 10+ years of proven experience in large-scale, enterprise-wide business development and account management. (preferred)
- Informed about macroeconomic factors, media coverage, market trends, and changes to create successful customer engagements.
- Ability to collaborate with delivery organizations to provide added value.
- Skill in uncovering new opportunities within large accounts.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information to top management and executives, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a strong desire for success.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Travel: Some travel is expected for this position
