Monitor client preferences to determine focus of sales efforts

Represent the organization in external relations
Contribute toward the development of appropriate goals and actions
Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements
Establish and maintain interpersonal business relationships to facilitate work activities
2-3 years sales experience, preferably in hospitality industry
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
Good attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria
Operational/Service background or orientation
Knowledge of Food and Beverage (catering)
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required
