Job Responsibilities:

Qualify prospects through various networking activities and build a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals.
Quickly move prospects through the sales process by delivering outstanding consultative, sales, and customer experience.
Update sales and client databases with current information.
Be informed on the latest industry developments by attending Severe Weather team meetings and training workshops.
Negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.

Qualifications:

Experience in insurance adjusting, project management, window and roofing sales (in-home, door-to-door).
Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
