Customer Service Representative (NEED FOUR CS REPS)


Location - Burlington, Ontario, Canada (In person)

Looking for an exciting opportunity in a well-established and growing company? The Simple Company is a multi-million-dollar organization in its 14th year of business and is launching a new Division – The Simple Landlord. We are seeking two (3) Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for acting as brand ambassadors and developing strong customer relationships for this newly launched division.

The Role

  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents and maintaining a record of incoming inquiries.
  • Establish and maintain excellent customer relations. Communicate with clients to provide effective, timely solutions and support.
  • Quickly identify and solve problems to address account inquiries while providing technical and troubleshooting support.
  • Identify customer needs in order to recommend the appropriate product or service.
  • Learn the software systems used by the company and products to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries and answer questions from customers.
  • Handle customer complaints by providing solutions and work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide reporting and administrative support to the sales, operations and technical teams.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, or requests.
  • Compose and/or edit/distribute letters, memos, reports, and other correspondence on time. Keep track of when recurrent reports are due and meetings are scheduled, including maintaining lists of recipients and/or participants.
  • Set up and maintain files.
  • Inform clients on new release products and policies.
  • Provide feedback to the management team to help improve business processes.
  • Assist in office administration tasks as required.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in MS Office applications and a demonstrated ability to quickly understand new software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication - both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
  • Organizational and time management skills

Job type – full time

Schedule – 7.5-hour shift (Monday to Friday – 8:30 am to 5 pm. After hour or weekend availability may require)
