JOB SUMMARY:

The Account Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership of the strategic plan and ensures the final product achieves the client’s and F92s objectives. Client lead on BtoC lead-gen, multi-channel, integrated, retail senior health service marketing campaigns.

Location:

Candidates must be located in Illinois, Texas, Colorado, or Michigan. For individuals based in our Michigan and Illinois locations, this will be a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and remote work. For candidates in Texas and Colorado, this position will be fully remote.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage day to day client relationships.
  • Effectively manage strategy, planning, plan development, activation, creative and campaign analytics.
  • Strong knowledge in managing and executing a variety of lead-gen tactics/media channels including but not limited to programmatic digital, social,DRTV, print and other digital/traditional tactics.
  • Collaborating on CRM planning and testing strategies
  • Work collaboratively both internally and externally with clients and outside agency partners
  • Present innovative ideas and approaches to solving client business needs to meet aggressive program goals
  • Effectively communicate with the client while serving as a liaison for the internal project teams.
  • Stay informed on compliance regulation and application to consumer facing communications
  • Supervised the preparation of client reports, ensuring transparency, alignment, and communication across campaign performance and strategies.
  • Facilitate ongoing client communication including regularly scheduled meetings & calls, providing exceptional follow-up
  • Proactively partner with cross functional teams to make their work easier and ensure that they have what is needed to deliver for our clients
  • Understand project workflows for media and large projects and campaigns
  • Shift account priorities based on client needs and expectations
  • Become a trusted partner for the client(s) to develop various marketing opportunities
  • Grow the profitability of the agency while cultivating a long-term relationship with the client
  • Strong organizational and clear/concise communication skills
  • Meeting leader and presentation skills

Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • 7+ years past agency account management experience
  • Experience working in health care/insurance veritical, specifically Medicare
  • Retail/Lead-Gen expertise
  • CRM experience a plus
  • Team player - dependable, respectful, and communicative
  • Prior management experience is a plus
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Strong internal and external communication skills
  • Ability to put together a solid presentation (working with teammates)
  • Ability to foster a strong, cohesive working team
  • Recognizes when something isn’t working and has ability to help course correct
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic atmosphere


The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $60,000 to $100,000. Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, years of experience, education, internal pay structure, and other contributing factors.
