About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales Marketing to lead our team in the Consumer Support Services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs. The Director of Sales Marketing will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the Consumer Support Services industry
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Experience with digital marketing and social media advertising
- Ability to speak multiple languages
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Skills:
The Director of Sales Marketing will utilize their strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share.
