Inside Sales with Commission

1:30p.m. - 10:00p.m. Tuesday through Friday and Saturday 12:30 p.m. -9:00p.m.

We are seeking an Inside Sales Associate who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow and maximize the compensation plan. This role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, email, and online chat, promoting our services, and guiding them through the sales process. If you love working toward personal and team goals, have strong communication skills, and enjoy continuous learning, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Outbound & Inbound Sales: Engage with customers through calls, emails, and text to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with potential customers by identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Follow-Up: Manage follow-ups with leads to close sales and provide excellent post- sale support.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and optimal customer experience.
  • Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, service offerings, and best practices to maintain expertise.
