WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR SALES MANAGER
Your day as a Sales Manager begins by reviewing the sales targets you've developed with branch management. With the goal of expanding MIAS's market position, you start by strategizing how to engage local system integrators, aiming to grow the new machine business. You're on the phone with a key prospect, working to generate interest and clarify details for a new proposal. Once that call ends, you switch gears to coordinate with technical teams to refine the offer. The rest of the day is filled with meetings-checking in with the project managers, inside sales, and branch management-to ensure everything is in sync for your ongoing negotiations. Before the day ends, you follow up on outstanding offers, driving toward contract closure and positioning the service portfolio for future opportunities.
