We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in the targeted markets that include but are not limited to, nuclear power plant shielding, nuclear shielding in medical facilities, pharmaceuticals, and specialty
lead parts market. Your primary objective will be to understand the client’s technical requirements, propose solution, secure sales, and develop new business growth in this specified market.
Responsibilities
Develop expertise in products and services.
Gain a working knowledge of the markets we serve.
Develop new opportunities and customer growth in targeted markets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and
loyalty.
Some in person customer visits may be required.
Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Work internally with product engineer and production team on costing, processes,
management, and completion of customer projects.
Provide detailed, timely and effective proposals and quotes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret customer specifications and blueprint/design drawings.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Solid organizational and work management skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment.
