Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Train new employees on front desk daily operations and sales
- Help the office assistant with outbound calls to schools and other business for possible collaborations
- Check-in members
- sale memberships to guests
- explain pass and member benefits
- Sell annual pass memberships and receives a commission from each sale
- able to work with POS systems and handle cash/credit card transactions
- Interact with guests, have product knowledge, and be able to upsell customers by recommending products or services.
- Keep work area clean.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Have at least 2 years experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
-Be incredibly friendly and have an uplifting demeanor
-Have good computer skills and POS experience
-Be on time and reliable
-Provide a professional image at all times through appearance and dress

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
