Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
- Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored material handling solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, effectively communicating their benefits to clients.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop promotional materials and support sales initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- KPIs: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing efforts to include social media and website management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the material handling or related industrial construction industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Monday.com CRM software (preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (required.)
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events approximately 50% of the time.
- Pay: Negotiable base salary + commissions on new business sales.
