Job Summary
The Service Coordinator works to facilitate effective project completion, collaborating with the Quest Project Team (Sales, Fabrication, Manufacturing, Installation).
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Working and reporting directly to the Shop Foreman and Director of Sales, the Service Coordinator will perform the following tasks:
· In support of, and collaboration with the Director of Sales, facilitate satisfaction and value for our customers.
· Role model company values and practices, contributing to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a professional team and promotes personal growth.
· Process and maintain project files and records (work orders, etc.) and ensure that required project certifications (DOT, etc.) are in place. Note: This includes the essential connection from quotation/estimate through to invoice – and, where necessary, vehicle pick-up and delivery.
· Work with team to ensure appropriate project prioritization and optimize customer communications related to current projects – including specifications and W/O details.
· Lead and collaborate with Company Stores Associate to ensure that all parts, materials, and supplies are in place for effective and efficient project completion.
· Maintain personal productivity and quality standards that provide excellent service to our customers and ensure job security and career growth for our staff.
· Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the company’s commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and respect for individuals.
· Maintain current product knowledge to enable appropriate responses to customer inquiries.
· Communicate effectively with the team (Shop Foreman, Director of Sales, etc.), informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that project objectives are met.
· Answering phones and responding to email inquiries in the office
· Comply with all OHSA requirements.
· Other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Problem Solving
· Ability to multi-task
· 1-2 years experience in related field
· High quality of organization
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
· Capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time
· Understanding of the fabrication and manufacturing industry – asset
Applicants:
· Own transportation
· Physically to lift to 50 lbs.
· Ability to pass criminal record check.
Wage is commensurate on experience.
