Vice President of Sales - Northeast Region
OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our expansion efforts in the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and sales with a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities. As Vice President of Sales you will be responsible for overseeing a sales team while driving growth, cultivating strong relationships, and expanding our market presence in the Northeast.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable sales strategies.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor sales teams to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel within the Northeast region as needed.

- Salary Range: $155,000-$170,000 per year
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategy:
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Identify growth opportunities and market segments to expand our presence in the Northeast region.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales targets and revenue goals.
- Lead and Mentor Sales Team:
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Provide guidance and coaching to sales managers and representatives to achieve targets.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
- Drive Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales activities to achieve revenue targets and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Northeast region.
- Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with finance to manage budgets, forecasts, and sales performance metrics.
