Vice President of Sales - Northeast Region

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our expansion efforts in the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and sales with a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities. As Vice President of Sales you will be responsible for overseeing a sales team while driving growth, cultivating strong relationships, and expanding our market presence in the Northeast.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable sales strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor sales teams to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel within the Northeast region as needed.

  • Salary Range: $155,000-$170,000 per year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategy:
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Identify growth opportunities and market segments to expand our presence in the Northeast region.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Lead and Mentor Sales Team:
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to sales managers and representatives to achieve targets.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
  • Drive Revenue Growth:
  • Drive sales activities to achieve revenue targets and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Northeast region.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with finance to manage budgets, forecasts, and sales performance metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $155,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
