COMPANY INFORMATION:
This position is for our Client, JanPro located in Grand Rapids, MI.
POSITION SCOPE:
The Inside Sales Support Rep collaborates with the Sales Department to identify prospective customers, optimize and execute sales, and schedule sales appointments with the Owners & Chief operators of a variety of businesses including banks, car dealerships, churches, department stores, hotels, medical facilities, office buildings, restaurants, and schools, among others. This position is expected to meet/exceed individual sales-related objectives and is initially planned to be part-time (25 - 33 hours per week: 3-5 days) but will consider full-time candidates.
This role reports directly to company Sales Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Improve Market Intelligence:
- Develop, analyze and communicate economic, competitive and market reports
- Establish and maintain accurate prospect and customer records
- Drive Sales Appointments:
- Collaborate with Account Sales to achieve weekly inside sales targets
- Generate appointments via cold calling, direct mail and other activities
- Build Teamwork and Success:
- Proactively establish best-in-class sales processes, sales tracking, etc.
- Meet/exceed standards of professionalism and individual objectives
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience and/or strong passion for sales-focused role with proven track-record of success meeting/exceeding goals and thriving in a team-based environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
