Position: Counter Sales Associate

Carrier Enterprise Canada is currently accepting internal and external applications for the position of Counter Sales Associate

CE is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc. CE proudly distributes the Carrier, Bryant and Payne brands of HVAC equipment for the use in Commercial and Residential markets, as well as a full-line of aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories. CE has 36 locations across Canada. We are currently accepting internal and external applications for a Counter Sales Associate in our Ottawa Sales Centre.

Reporting to Sales Centre Manager

Location: Ottawa, ON

The Opportunity

Provide top quality service to our customers
Handle customer calls and inquiries
Quote prices to customers
Process customer orders over the counter and telephone
Maintenance of the showroom, including stocking shelves
Merchandise and inventory maintenance
Warehouse support, including shipping and receiving

What You Offer

Front counter or inside sales experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude and customer service oriented
Computer literate
Preference will be given to those who have previous HVACR wholesale experience and/or who have graduated from a HVAC/R technical program
