The AVP Commercial is a sales leader that combines an outside sales position in Western Canada and management of our National regional sales team. This is a role that will prospect and build new account relationships while growing and maintaining the existing account base in the property mitigation and restoration industry.

A home office based role will allow for this candidate to live anywhere in Western Canada

Working heavily with Commercial and some Residential clients, this leader will implement direct partner program with new and existing commercial clients and local Insurance carriers in an assigned Regional Territory.

The AVP Commercial role relies on maintaining and enhancing revenues and increasing market share, while helping to provide a superior level of service by working closely with Quality Assurance and Operations to support and ensure our offices are delivering on promises and commitments made.

Previous experience in Property Management, Hospitality, Government/Institution sales is a plus. Independent Insurance adjuster experience, commercial cleaning or building maintenance sales would also be a benefit for this role.

Salary: $120,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
