The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.
• Build and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, builders, and designers.
• Provide tailored electrical solutions that meet customer needs and budgets.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for clients.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes within set guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless customer support.
• Keep up to date with product developments and industry trends.

The Person

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role (preferably in electrical or related sectors).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical products for commercial and residential applications.
• Bilingual (French/English).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in MS Office.
