Pathway Insurance is a leading Independent Insurance Agency with offices in Cape Coral, Florida, and Cincinnati, Ohio. We actively write and service personal and commercial lines insurance throughout the US.
We seek a 220 P&C-licensed, well-organized Insurance Account Manager with at least three years of continuous experience servicing and selling Auto and Home insurance. (+ the toys)
We sell personal lines predominantly in the Midwest and not in Florida currently. The most qualified candidate will have experience with P&C Service and Sales outside of Florida.
Advancement into commercial lines account management is possible with our company for the right candidate.
Remote work is not available for this position.
Compensation
Personal Lines Insurance Account Managers receive Generous Base Pay, Commissions, Bonuses, and advancement Opportunities into Commercial Lines if desired.
What are the Qualifications for the Personal Lines Account Manager Role?
A minimum of 3 years of continuous experience performing service and sales duties in an independent property and casualty insurance agency is needed.
Extensive organizational and procedural knowledge of servicing Personal Lines, Property, and Casualty Accounts is necessary. The most qualified candidate is a team player who will follow our organized procedures for caring for our client's needs.
The best candidate will be one who desires to go the extra mile for clients when they need assistance.
Experience with Hawksoft is a Plus!
Principal Summary of Duties Include:

· Policy Reviews
· Reactivating Cancelled Accounts

We Offer:

· Base Salary from $50,000 — $60,000 to start (or more depending upon experience)
