Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.

Duties:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through email marketing plans, advertising and customer relationship management.

- Create and build a tech stack that will support the overall growth of the brand
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing and advertising initiatives
- Analyze sales data and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Manage and monitor revenue of all sales channels, Showroom, Ecommerce, Facebook/Meta
- Monitor industry trends and stay updated on customer acquisition, sales funnels, customer loyalty, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, marketing techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to drive business growth
