The Sales Engineering Director is the head of our sales organization and will be responsible for driving profitable growth, building, and maintaining relationships with key clients, developing the Sales and Customer Service Team, and executing sales strategies.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow profitably.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing clients.
- Prospects and contacts potential clients to create a sales pipeline for aerospace and large industrial use.
- Attends trade shows to promote products and interact with potential clients.
- Monitor industry trends and product demand.
- Demonstrate goal-oriented business-to-business sales performance and success.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Drive team-oriented results with the sales and customer service team.
- Assist in the transition and implementation of future buyer.
Job Requirements:
- Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in director of sales role or similar role.
- Experience developing target account strategies, sales plans, new business proposals, negotiating pricing, packaging, and delivery terms.
- Aerospace sales experience preferred.
- Basic blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge.
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
