IIGNC is an award winning, privately-owned, fast-paced Independent Insurance agency seeking to fulfill a full-time account manager position.
You will be a key member of our team, nurturing long-lasting relationships with our existing clients.

Salary: $45000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Address client inquiries in a timely manner giving informed guidance regarding claims, billing inquiries, policy changes, etc.
Proactively review and suggest coverage changes to align with clients' evolving needs.
Find cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborate with colleagues.
Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
Be willing to use multiple technology platforms including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, agency management systems, etc.
Requirements
Must already possess a current NC Property & Casualty Insurance license
Have a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Must have ability to multi-task and problem solve.
