DIRECTOR OF SALES (MUST have hotel/hospitality sales experience) Hyatt Brand Experience a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Provide leadership and guidance to sales team members, including training and development
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software
-Strong knowledge and experience working with STR reports is a MUST
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive business development and achieve sales targets
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
