Job Responsibilities:
Provide full life cycle customer technical support services to customers for home energy storage sales orders.
include:
1. Serve as a technical expert on our products and solutions to understand their functions, features and benefits. Work with the team to identify and qualify sales leads and conduct product demonstrations and technology demonstrations to potential and existing customers to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
2. Understand customer requirements and provide customized technical solutions to meet their needs. Conduct telephone research, on-site inspection, installer training, installation guidance, etc. Solve problems that arise during customer operation as soon as possible.
3. Stay dynamic - the latest industry trends, market developments and competitor activity. Provide feedback to internal teams on product enhancements, market opportunities and customer requirements.
Job Requirements:
1. English and Spanish can be used as working languages
2. Power electronics, automation, electronic engineering related majors
3. Have good communication skills
4. Live in the United States and hold a driver’s license
5. Familiar with energy storage systems or electrician work, with more than 3 years of relevant experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
