Job Description:

As a Sleep Coach, you will be responsible for driving growth by creating a customer-centric environment, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Please see the listed responsibilities below to learn more about this role:

Sales Performance:

Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop promotions and marketing campaigns to drive sales.

Customer Service:

Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld at all times.
Continuously seek customer feedback to improve the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications:

Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Store operations experience is highly desired.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.
Knowledge of mattresses and sleep accessories is a plus.
