Job Description
Molinari Pools is searching for a Director of Sales to join our team. We desire to hire a professional who is responsible for executive business initiatives and achieving measurable results by leading, managing and holding their team accountable for agreed upon commitments. The individual in this role will remove obstacles and barriers, manage strategic level projects, standardize operational processes and work to integrate these processes in the sales functions of the business.
Job Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Faithfully execute sales portions of the business plan, achieving or exceeding planning P&L objectives.
- Leads, Manages, and holds the sales team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments.
- Resolves issues effectively- seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out issues and solving the issues in a practical and healthy manner.
- Ensures that everyone in the is truly following and adhering to the company's core processes and operating system with consistency.
- Effectively collaborates with other members on the Leadership team to stay on the same page, filtering and translating ideas and initiatives into functional plans for the company.
- Work to remove obstacles and barriers that may limit the team and company- ensuring there is proper training, resources, and staffing available to departments as needed and permitted by budget.
- Own all measurables relating to Sales on the Leadership team, holding the department accountable for desired results. These measurables include but are not limited to close rate, projected GPMs, production metrics, net promoter score, lead response time, and more.
- Ensure safety and compliance for all functions within the Sales division- including compliance with OSHA regulations, training, and resources available.
- Lead as an example of organization expectations in terms of people and client care.
- Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify new potential markets.
- Consults with potential clients to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products or services that will meet the client needs.
- Oversees client complaint resolutions and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test upon offer
- Must have a clean FL drivers license with at least 3 years of driving history
- Must be considered an accepted driver on the organization's automobile insurance.
