We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our 3PL Fulfillment sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management, with the ability to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue. This role requires a blend of business development, technical sales expertise, and exceptional customer service skills to effectively manage accounts and foster long-term relationships.
*Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement strategic 3PL Fulfillment sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through effective account management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on team performance and market conditions.
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, with a strong background in 3PL and fulfillment service sector.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Strong ecommerce experience is preferred, particularly in understanding complex 3PL, logistics, carrier products or services.
- Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and managing a diverse team.
- Proficient in analyzing data to inform decision-making processes.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving company and team goals
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM
