Job Title: Sales Representative - Fleet Service

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Santa Ana area, focusing on fleet service sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the auto services industry, a background in corporate or wholesale sales, and a solid understanding of customer needs within fleet services. This role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach to support our growth and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively identify, prospect, and secure new fleet accounts through networking and business development.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to promote our fleet service offerings.
Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to prospective clients on our service options, pricing, and fleet solutions.
Provide ongoing account management for clients, ensuring excellent service and addressing any issues or concerns.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing sales activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and service innovations to keep our offerings competitive.

Requirements:

Experience in Auto Services: Familiarity with the auto services or fleet management industry is essential.
Sales Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in corporate sales, fleet services, or wholesale.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages effectively for client needs.
Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand and address unique requirements of corporate fleet clients.
Goal-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of fleet service software and systems is a plus.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

Location and Hours/Schedule:

Onsite work set-up
Must be available to work 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, PST (Monday – Saturday, half day on Wednesday & Saturday)
