Job Description

Founded in 2001 with a focus on representing brands in sports, we provide our clients with a full-service marketing approach, including sponsorship consulting, media planning and buying, creative production and design, experiential marketing, hospitality, public relations, social media and research.

rEvolution is seeking an Account Director. Reporting to the VP, Account Management, you will lead our client programs at all levels and manage all aspects of client growth and programming while collaborating with multiple rEvolution departments to ensure that programs run flawlessly to meet clients’ needs.


You Will:

  • Maintain and expand client relationships to facilitate delivery of integrated services and drive agency growth
  • Manage relationships and engage in constant communication with multiple property stakeholders in order to ensure the successful execution of client programming and identify future opportunities for program growth
  • Integrate and direct internal agency service resources to ensure seamless execution and delivery of program initiatives
  • Support senior management on operational aspects of client programs as assigned in a leadership capacity
  • Work with internal agency service groups to evaluate and achieve client objectives
  • Manage execution of recap decks for each program while evaluating data and metrics for key client takeaways to build upon the existing client relationship and future opportunities
  • Build and manage detailed project tracking tools that serve as both a road map for client reporting and internal team organization
  • Manage project hour reports and is constantly aware of how to most efficiently utilize available resources
  • Oversee all client-related financial and administrative compliance including maintaining program financials, contract administration, client onboarding, invoicing and PO creation, and budget forecasting

You Have:

  • 10+ years of client management experience including the areas of event or logistics management at an agency, brand or sports/gaming property.
  • Past experience leading/working for an Automotive client
  • Experience and knowledge of integrated marketing communications, including but limited to experiential, public relations, media, consumer insights, email marketing, sponsorship, and creative design
  • The ability to work flexible hours when necessary, which may include nights and weekends
  • The ability to travel up to 40%
