Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and reliable individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator.

As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and business development efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about customer service, purchasing, market analysis, and communication.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing client and vendor accounts and maintaining strong relationships
Customer Service
Purchasing and inventory analysis
Analyze market trends
AR and AP data entry
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and managing documents
Admin support and reception

This role reports to the Site Manager.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in account management or sales coordination
Bookkeeping experience
Purchasing experience is an asset, but willing to train
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in accounting systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, TEAMS)
Ability to analyze market data and identify trends
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
