Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and reliable individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator.

As an Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and business development efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about customer service, purchasing, market analysis, and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing client and vendor accounts and maintaining strong relationships
  • Customer Service
  • Purchasing and inventory analysis
  • Analyze market trends
  • AR and AP data entry
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and managing documents
  • Admin support and reception

This role reports to the Site Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management or sales coordination
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Purchasing experience is an asset, but willing to train
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in accounting systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, TEAMS)
  • Ability to analyze market data and identify trends
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
