Job Description:
The ESS Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading and managing the sales team in the designated regions (Eastern US, Western US, Canada, South America) to drive the sales and market expansion of energy storage products. This position requires excellent market insight, strategic planning capabilities, and leadership skills to ensure the achievement of the company's sales targets and market penetration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet the regional sales targets assigned by the company
- Expand the energy storage market, identify potential customers, understand customer needs
- Communicate and negotiate with customers, facilitate cooperation, sign contracts, and maintain customer relationships
- Regularly revisit customers to establish long-term cooperative relationships
- Organize and develop the sales team in accordance with company goals
- Manage team performance targets, and support the achievement of sales targets
- Strategize and plan for product and process optimization too leadership
- Provide professional product configuration and wealth management services to customers
- Responsible for local resource exploration, sales channel development, maintenance, service, and cooperate widely with local institutions
- Understand industry dynamics and competitor situations, provide timely market information feedback, and offer suggestions for the company's marketing strategy
- Team Training and Development: Regularly train team members and help distributors cultivate qualified sales teams.
- Work Reporting: Complete work reports and other related business reporting tasks to ensure timely updates and accuracy of information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Chinese or Bilingual preferred
- Familiar with industry management laws and regulations and international trade,
- Able to effectively connect domestic and foreign customers and suppliers
- Familiar with market research, business contract negotiation, quotation analysis, and bidding management
- Have keen market insight, strong organizational coordination skills, and business analysis capabilities
