Soligo is looking for someone who will be responsible for developing and implementing first-class sales strategies to increase sales productivity. As our newest Sales Consultant, you'll establish a strategy to optimize our sales processes, review our current practices, and monitor the performance of our sales department.
Your Responsibilities:
- Have a thorough knowledge of our products and services.
- Discover the demands of customers and provide tailored-fit solutions through Soligo’s services or products.
- Generate new leads and improve client retention rate.
- Participate in all company-sponsored training, workshops, and meetings.
- Actively network and attend relevant industry events.

Sales Consultant Requirements:
- Experience working in sales and/or marketing is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Results-oriented.
Training Pay:
To help new team members bridge the gap between learning solar basics and mastering sales, we offer up to $1,500 in training pay for yourfirst 4 deals. Team members who set 5 closed deals in their first 60 days will be rewarded with an all-inclusive cruise at the end of the quarter.
