Who Are We Looking For?

We’re seeking an exceptionally talented and driven Regional Midwest Sales Manager located in Chicago. This is an extraordinary opportunity to join a world-class team.

What Are The Key Responsibilities?

In this critical role, you will be responsible for the following:

- Execute short and long-term sales objectives and strategies for regional market

- Develop and maintain relationships with key distributors in the region to expand existing distribution and volume sales

  • POD objectives by SKU
  • Performance metrics against commercial chain compliance

- Conduct distributor meetings to inform and educate distributor representatives of C&M standards that optimize sales performance

  • Establish monthly planned work/with objectives
  • Conduct monthly reviews to Measure/Analyze/Direct business

- Manage KPI’s and annual volume goals assigned to your distributors

  • Annual volume objectives
  • Effective placement objectives
  • ABP review annually
  • Monthly, Quarterly review against objectives

- Recommend key account prices in line with Crook & Marker pricing guidelines and stay on top of future retail price plans

  • Regional Key Acct call point responsibility

- Perform other duties as needed

What Do You Need To Be Considered?

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant CPG sales experience
  • Alcohol beverage sales experience preferred but not required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products within the category
  • Excellent listening, presentation, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced start-up environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
