The role:
To set up qualified sales appointments in a cold-calling B2B environment for our high-level clients' sales teams. The records you will be calling are cold with unreliable information, and qualification (by phone, internet research) of the prospect records will be required.
We are looking for a determined, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented business development representative that is seeking an exciting challenge in inside sales & appointment setting. The role is not to close business--your role will be to acquire the sales meetings.
If you have experience selling and/or setting appointments for commercial insurance (B2B), i.e. worker's comp, P&C, liability, etc., that would be a plus.
Required:
- 2+ years B2B (business-to-business) sales or appointment-setting experience
- Must be set up for a work-at-home environment
- Technology skills to navigate multiple software programs such as CRM software programs. Must possess basic computer troubleshooting skills.
- Conversationalist - knows how to naturally build rapport with people and takes a consultative approach

Compensation:
Base pay of $20.00 - $22.00 DOE + commission (averaging around $2k-$4k annually) and bonuses
Schedule:
Part time work available but must work a minimum of 25 hours per week. You pick your own consistent schedule within a 9:00am - 5:00pm EST time frame! Full time work also available depending on location.
