About Us:
Flooring Liquidators Markham is located close to the highway & public transit located on 170 Esna Park Drive. We opened this location in 2018, and since then, we have worked tirelessly to cater to the diverse flooring needs of our clients in the GTA.
Qualifications:
5+ years of Sales Experience
5+ years of Customer Service Experience
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Admin work/customer service
Friendly, positive, and can-do attitude - unafraid of challenges
Customer service oriented
Fluent in English
Independent worker - you may be required to run the store alone.
Dress professionally for work
Able to use: Excel, QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, POS payment machines, fax, Gmail & post ads on Kijiji & Facebook marketplace. Admin work and product knowledge are required. Customer service skills
Responsibilities:
Assist customers by providing suggestions and recommendations
Educating customers on the product and closing the sale
Place orders, answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
Open and close the showroom
File paperwork, place orders, book installs, follow up with inquiries
scheduling installs
Paid Training between 2-3 weeks.

Pay: $18 an hourly rate + plus commission
Commission ranges from $800-$3000 a month.
