Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate trust-based partnerships with key decision-makers at our client companies
• Be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, overseeing all aspects of the customer journey from onboarding to ongoing success.
• Drive long-term customer success and achieve growth targets for your multi-million dollar portfolio.
• Become a trusted advisor and educator, empowering customers to leverage the full potential of the SocialClimb Healthcare Marketing Platform by delivering comprehensive training and staying abreast of the latest product enhancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, implementation, support, and engineering resources as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in SaaS account management, customer success, or sales
• Prior digital marketing or agency experience preferred
• Familiarity with Google Business Profiles & Meta (Facebook) Ad Management
• Positive attitude!
• Early-stage company experience adapting and working with evolving requirements
• Ability to communicate clearly and set proper expectations with customers
• Demonstrated history of organized and detailed work
• Effective prioritization & time management skills
• Experience with Salesforce for account engagement
• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven
• Desire to contribute as part of a talented, diverse team
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Lehi, Utah
